Meca-Gauge — The Dental Papilla Gauge for Denturists, Made in Canada
The Meca-Gauge is a Quebec-made alternative to a classic denturology instrument, designed for the analysis and transfer of biometric parameters in complete denture prosthetics. Using the incisive papilla as a stable anatomical reference point, it enables precise three-dimensional measurement of central incisor position — eliminating guesswork between the clinic and the lab.
The Meca-Gauge was developed in Saint-Bruno by Méca-Fab, a high-precision manufacturing company, in collaboration with denturology professors Cynthia Ouellet and Nathalie Charron of Cégep Édouard-Montpetit. It is built on real-world clinical and pedagogical expertise to meet the genuine needs of practicing denturists.
